A pilot for your condominium's first monthly close

What we offer

• The founder imports the first building with you, from a CSV file or by hand.
• We issue the first monthly statement of dues (quotas) together.
• The founder follows the first reconciliation of payments with you.

Online collection with real money only starts after the full payment cycle has passed its proof in Stripe's test environment. Until then, the guided reconciliation runs in test mode, with no real money.

What we ask

• One real monthly close of the condominium, done in CondOnline.
• Your candid feedback on what worked and what did not.
• The administrator's time for the import, the first statement and the reconciliation.

Duration

Two monthly cycles: the first close, done together, and the following cycle, with the founder following along.

After the pilot

If you want to continue, the Pro plan costs €10 a month per account, VAT included — the price published in the pricing section. At the end of the pilot we ask whether you want to continue.

Owner payments

Owners pay by link, through Stripe.

The money settles into the connected account and CondOnline keeps 1% per processed payment.

Who provides the service

The full legal identity of the service provider is still to be published. Until then, the Privacy and Terms pages refer to the provider as CondOnline.
