To delete your CondOnline account and data, send a request to the contact address in the footer with the subject line Delete account.
What to include
- Email address of the account used on the platform.
- Full name linked to the account.
- Condominium concerned (if applicable).
Timing and confirmation
- We reply to confirm we have received your request.
- We complete the process within the applicable legal deadline.
- We may ask for additional verification to protect the account.
