If you came here with one concrete question, use these shortcuts and go straight to the right area.
Receive payments
The manager does this once. After that, they can send Card, MB WAY, or Multibanco links to the right resident while CondOnline handles the process inside the product.
It always starts inside CondOnline. The manager never needs to look for Stripe or copy IDs; the button opens the right verification automatically.
Use Software as the industry, condonline.pt as the website, and explain that you collect condominium dues and resident payments. Keep the IBAN and responsible person’s ID ready; Stripe can ask for selfie or ID checks.
Once the status is ready, you can send Card, MB WAY, or Multibanco links to the right resident.
Setup
Setup is where you save the address, units, residents, and monthly dues. Once that baseline exists, the rest of the product becomes much clearer.
Use this area for the first setup, when a new building arrives, or when the manager changes.
What you do here
Collections
In Dues and arrears you choose the right unit, record payments, send links, and only open a formal case when arrears remain unresolved.
Use this area every month and whenever you want to try a simple payment before escalating the case.
What you do here
Requests
The requests area keeps each issue in a clear state: open, shared with the building, moved to the meeting, or closed.
Use it when a new issue arrives, when the manager needs to respond, or when something should move to the meeting.
What you do here
Binder
The binder keeps archive history, minutes, receipts, shared documents, and manager handover material together.
Use this area whenever you need proof, older files, or a clean handover package.
What you do here
Account
Account brings together platform billing, payout setup, and manager handover so you do not have to bounce between disconnected pages.
Use it when you need to renew, activate payouts, change email and password, or prepare the handover.
What you do here
Resident
The resident area lets you confirm the balance, documents, requests, and links that really appear for the person living there.
Use this area when you want to confirm the resident experience before sending something out.

Laws and procedures
The legal guide is not there to make you study isolated laws. It helps confirm what matters in each stage of building management.
Use it when you need to confirm an obligation, a meeting step, or a procedure before moving on.
